Judy Santos is a seasoned Coach, Facilitator and Mentor who helps others define success, achieve goals and blaze new trails.

As a Life Coach, she meshes her life experience, Christian values and business acumen with pragmatic reality and humor.  She listens with her head and her heart.  Being a conceptual thinker, she has built a strong reputation as a creative developer, while bringing out the best in others.

Judy's diverse business background includes all aspects of business management and marketing.  As a small business owner for more than twenty years, she is familiar with the demands, rewards and challenges.  She also has experience working in a large corporation and in the non profit sector.  Judy has served as a visionary spark plug on numerous Boards for both existing and start up organizations.

Judy completed 200 hours of coaching training and graduated from Coach University in February 1998.  She founded the Christian Coaches Network later that year.  She is a certified Teleclass Leader and co-leads the Christian Track program at the Institute for Life Coach Training program and the Christian Coach Training Institute. She holds the highest certification from the International Coach Federation, Master Certified Coach (M.C.C.) As a published writer, she holds twelve professional awards for excellence.

Her coaching clients include people from many walks of life, by choice.  She attracts clients with big dreams who want to make a difference.   She works with people in leadership, ministry, business owners, and new coaches, as well as those who seek to find their passion, wanting deeper meaning in life.  With an endless supply of ideas, Judy is particularly skilled and experienced in challenging her clients to creatively leverage skills and life experience into new ventures.
